This six-morning immersion offers a structured introduction and deepening of Shibashi, a classical Qigong sequence known for its accessibility and internal cultivation.
The training is designed to build progressively over six days, allowing participants to understand the forms not only through movement, but through breath, alignment, and embodied repetition.
Each session balances clarity of instruction with steady practice time, creating space for refinement and integration.

Training Format
Daily Schedule
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
There will be a mid-morning break with herbal tea and purified
water provided. Other refreshments are available on request.
Each morning includes:
- Guided warm-up and breath preparation
- Form instruction and refinement
- Integrated flow practice
- Space for questions and clarification
- TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) Theory and Energetic Anatomy: Learn how specific movements stimulate the meridian system and organ health to cultivate internal balance.
This is non-residential training. Participants return home each day.

About the Lead Instructor, Jordi Jules
A senior faculty member at The Yoga Barn, Jordi Jules brings a unique real-world perspective to BaliFlow. Drawing on twenty years in international hospitality management, he mastered the art of using Qigong and yoga to maintain peak vitality amidst modern demands. Jordi now serves as a vital bridge between Eastern arts and Western mindsets, translating ancient spiritual practices into practical tools for daily life.
As lead instructor for our May retreat at Dragonfly Village, Jordi will specialise in the transformative power of Shí Bā Shì (18-form) Tai Chi Qigong. By blending traditional systems with modern breathwork, he guides students to dissolve stagnation and cultivate a robust flow of Qi. His mission is to equip participants with a “toolbox” for longevity, fostering a radiant state of health that supports their passions and connections long after the training
