Shaolin Basics: Week Intensive

8–13 June 2026 | Dragonfly Village, Bali, Led by Master Li Shi Feng

This 1-week Shaolin intensive combines traditional Shaolin Kung Fu, internal cultivation, and Chan (Zen) philosophy in a structured yet accessible format for beginners and intermediate practitioners. Through progressive daily training, participants develop structure, coordination, internal awareness, discipline, and practical foundations rooted in authentic Shaolin practice.

Tai Chi: 13 Forms of Harmony

28 June – 2 July 2026 | Dragonfly Village, Bali, Led by Master Li Shi Feng

Over four days, you’ll train the foundational energies of the Tai Chi 13 Forms of Harmony — Peng, Lü, Ji, and An — through Qigong, solo drills, and structured partner work. Each session builds on the last, until all four energies move together with the stepping patterns as one continuous practice. 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily | All levels welcome

About Bali Flow

Bali Flow hosts immersive retreats across Bali dedicated to exploring the internal and external arts of Asia; practices that harmonize movement, energy, and awareness. Our programs bring together traditional martial disciplines with internal self-cultivation methods such as Tai Chi and Qigong, revealing how physical form and energetic flow work together to create balance and vitality.

Each retreat is guided by experienced teachers who share both the technical and philosophical foundations of these arts ; blending breathwork, mindful movement, and meditation with practical training. The focus is not on competition, but on connection: to the body, to nature, and to one’s inner stillness.
